The rental period begins at the agreed start date and time and ends a the agreed date and time.

Any extension of the rental period must be agreed upon in writing and may incur additional charges.

100% advance payment is required before delivery through a bank wire transfer or cash unless otherwise agreed by both parties.

Cancellation made 7 days before the event will receive a 50% refund of the total rental fee.

Cancellaiton made less than 7 days before the event will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

The client is responsible to safeguard all rented items during the rental period and the client accepts that any reported damage or loss will be charged at cost and paid by the client.

Warelounge22 is not liable for any injuries or damages that occur during the use of rental items.

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the rental company (warelounge22) from any claims arising from the use of rental items.

Rental items must be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines and for their intended purpose.

The client must not sublease or allow others to use the rental items without prior written consent from warelounge22.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Any additional terms specific to the rental agreement should be concluded by both parties prior to the event date.
